Chris Wilkes brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in regulated manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial operations across the life sciences industry. He joins I2Pure as Vice President of Production & Supply Chain, where he leads the company's manufacturing and supply chain strategy.
Chris spent 15 years at Thermo Fisher Scientific, rising from research scientist to Vice President and General Manager. In that role, he led a $350+ million global GMP business serving biopharmaceutical manufacturers, directing more than 150 employees across operations, supply chain planning, commercial operations, finance, HR, and product management. He led an organizational transformation that grew the business to 2.5 times the previous year's performance while improving profitability, and he consistently ranked in the top 10% of Thermo Fisher's leaders in employee engagement.
After Thermo Fisher, Chris served on the executive leadership team at KLATU Networks, an IoT company serving biopharmaceutical manufacturers. There he built SIOP and forecasting methods that improved on-time delivery and helped scale deployments from 3 to 13 of the world's top 25 biopharmaceutical manufacturers. He later led product strategy for PFAS testing services at Pace Analytical, and through his firm, CR Wilkes, LLC, he advises life science and technology companies on operational strategy, commercialization, and supply chain planning.
Chris holds a B.S. in Biochemistry and an M.S. in Molecular Biology from the University of Georgia. He is based in Asheville, North Carolina.

She has a proven track record strengthening Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensuring compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and EU MDR requirements, and has led quality transformation initiatives across global operations. She is recognized for driving continuous improvement, mitigating risks, building high-performing teams, and resolving complex quality and regulatory challenges. Coggins holds a Bachelor of Science from Mars Hill University in North Carolina.
